Wholesale and export across Africa

Manufacturers, FMCG brands and distributors list what they ship. Importers across Africa ask for quotes and buy. Buyers pay you bank to bank, in local currency on PAPSS where both banks are connected, and InstaSoko never takes a cut of a deal.

How it works

  1. Get verified
Send your registration, tax and bank papers. We check them within two working days and give your company its badge.
  2. List what you ship
Minimum orders, prices by quantity, the town your goods come from and the port or border they leave by.
  3. Answer requests
Importers post what they need. Quote, agree a proforma and follow the deal to delivery.
  4. Get paid at your bank
The buyer pays your verified account from their own bank. You confirm when the money arrives.

How buyers pay

Each deal is paid from the buyer's bank to the exporter's verified account, through PAPSS where both banks are on it, or by bank transfer. InstaSoko shows the account, keeps the proof and tracks the deal; it never holds the money.

AfCFTA, explained on every deal

Each deal says which certificate of origin to ask for (AfCFTA, EAC, COMESA or ECOWAS) and which papers the buyer's country wants. InstaSoko explains; it does not certify or clear goods.

Questions

What is InstaSoko Trade?

A marketplace where African manufacturers, brands and distributors sell to companies in other African countries. Every exporter's papers are checked before its listings show.

Does it cost anything to buy?

No. Buyers browse, ask for quotes and buy for free. Exporters pay a yearly membership, and InstaSoko never takes a fee on a deal.

How do I pay an exporter?

At your own bank, to the exporter's verified account shown on the deal: on PAPSS where both banks are connected, or by bank transfer in dollars. InstaSoko never holds the money.

Are the prices final?

Prices are in US dollars per unit, on the delivery term shown (for example FOB Mombasa). Freight, duties and your bank's rate come on top: ask the exporter for a quote to your port or border.

What is AfCFTA, and does it lower my duty?

The African Continental Free Trade Area cuts duties between member countries for goods that meet its rules of origin. Exporters say whether their goods qualify and whether they can supply a certificate of origin; your customs agent confirms the rate.

Do you make or distribute goods?

List what you ship, with your minimum order and prices by quantity, and answer buyers from across Africa. One yearly membership, no fee on deals.
