Walvis Bay hake fishing and processing company in the Ohlthaver & List group, with roots going back to 1968. It catches with its own fleet of six wet-fish trawlers and processes hake into fillets, prime cuts, minced blocks and moulded portions in a new factory for food-service and retail buyers at home and abroad.
