Where does InstaSoko deliver?
Across Dar es Salaam, from shops in the city. The delivery fee depends on the distance and is shown before you confirm. You can also pick your order up at the shop.
How do I pay?
Pay the rider in cash when your order arrives, or pay by mobile money where it is offered: send the amount shown to the number shown and enter the transaction code.
Is there a minimum order?
Deliveries start from TSh 10,000 of goods, so a rider’s trip is worth it. Orders you pick up yourself have no minimum.
How fast is delivery?
The shop confirms your order, then a rider brings it, usually the same day. You can follow every step in your orders.
What if something is missing or wrong?
Tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.
Can I buy in bulk?
