Questions
How long does the check take?
Usually less than a day. We look at your photos, your products and your payment, then open your shop or tell you exactly what to fix.
What if my shop is not accepted?
If something needs fixing, we tell you what and keep your payment for 30 days. If the shop cannot be accepted, we refund you, unless it sells something prohibited.
Who delivers?
InstaSoko's riders collect the order from you and deliver it. Buyers can also collect it from your shop.
How am I paid?
Buyers pay InstaSoko on delivery or by mobile money. Each delivered order adds your share to your balance, which we send to your mobile money.
What is the commission?
A small share of the goods on each delivered order, depending on your kind of business: the calculator shows it. Delivery fees do not count.
Can I stop for a while?
Yes. Pause your shop from your dashboard while you are away, and open it again when you are back.
